open mp4 movie file in imagej

Hi all,
is there a way to open mp4 videos in ImageJ?
Or is there a converter that makes readable movie files for Imagej?

Why don't use a converter video to frames and after use imageJ with the frames stack?

I know there may be free ways to do this, but I open the file in Quicktime Pro, then save as a folder of TIFF files.
