zvi reader

Fabrice Senger
Hi there I'm running IJ 1.43c and I can not open zvi files
anymore...with 1.43a I only had to drag the zvi file onto imageJ and the
opener dialog appeared wich let me choose how to display the file. Now
the dialod still appears but the file just does not open.
By the way, when it was working there was always a confusion with the
pseudo-colors, as my blue became red and the red became blue...

Any clue about that ?

Thank you Fabrice.

Hi Fabrice,

Are you using the standalone ZVI_Reader plugin (deprecated), or the LOCI
plugins (Bio-Formats)?
