FFT and Power Spectrum

Jerome_NYU
Hi everybody
I have set of images to analyse with FFT. I will try to be as clear as possible to explain you my problem. I have to perform a TTpower graph of cardiac T tubules (if someone know's it). The TTpower graph looks to be Power = f(Frequency). To do this I have download TTorg plugin that gave me Power, the Period (easy to obtain frequency), accuracy and angle. So it's look very simple to do the graph but ImageJ can't do it. I have search a lot about this and all website said to use MATLAB to do it but I haven't it. The graph should looks to a decreasing curve with at least one pic which represent the 1st harmonic frequency.

Someone have already try to do this?

Thanks so much for your help

Hi I've been struggling with the exact same thing? I installed the TTorg but I've no idea how to use the value table to make a power graph. Have you figured it out? If yes, could you please explain it to me? I'll be sooooo thankful!! It's kinda urgent for me...
